For my Intro to Teaching course we were told to write a letter to a former teacher
I realized that I had done something similar about my favorite high school teacher for my college applications. Needless to say, I found the original letter on my computer and it is one of the most pretentious things I have ever read. I am SOOOOOO glad I am not that person anymore.

I just finished Junior Fellows training today and am so excited for next quarter! In addition to taking Ethics in Teaching, composing my senior thesis, and rocking gospel choir, a partner and I will be facilitating discussions with freshman about some great works including, but not limited to, Gloria Anzaldua, Viktor Frankl, Sigmund Freud, Gandhi, and Malcolm X!
Next quarter will be demanding, but I’ll be energized and suited up!
